In July 2022, in Partnership with the Alliance for Middle East Peace (ALLMEP), Connecting Actions initiated and organised a Symposium called “Proche Orient en Dialogue” with 20 French Civil Society community and interfaith leaders to learn about the art of conducting difficult dialogues around the theme of Israel-Palestine.
In 2023, the group will expand to more organisations, not just in France but in Germany as well in order to launch this network of leaders committed to sincere and inclusive dialogue around divisive issues.

In 2023, DialoguePerspectives, is joining forces with them to expand the initiative at a European level with the organization of a French-German Symposium
The European Network for Dialogue on the Middle East is called to expand further to create a network of solidarity between civil society organizations in Europe as well as between them and peace activists in the Middle East.
It is time for Europe to be not an importer of the Middle East conflict but an active driver of peace, both inside and outside its borders.
